Do we have to pay for any extra children that arrive on the day?

 

If they are your own children, they will need to be paid for upon entry. If they are children from another family, the parents of the children will need to pay for them upon entry.

 

Can I pay the deposit over the phone for my party?

 

Deposits need to be paid in person so that we can discuss your party requirements.

 

When do I receive my invites?

 

When you pay your deposit.

 

Do I need to bring anything with me to the party?

 

Just your cake and candles, as the rooms are already beautifully set up for you.

 

Can my party be a specific theme?

 

We do not provide themed parties but you are welcome to bring your own table clothes, plates, cups and napkins. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you plan to bring your own themed decorations so that our team is prepared to set up.

 

When do I need to pay the balance for my party?

 

On the day of your party.

 

What happens if some children don't turn up to my party?

 

We will wave costs for up to two children not attending. However, if there are 3+ children not attending, then we require a minimal payment to cover our costs.
