STOP – Although high levels of health and safety measures are being maintained at Noahs Ark, you are choosing to use this play facility at your own risk.

If you or any member of your party have a high temperature or any Covid-19 symptoms or are feeling unwell please do not enter the building. 

 

Social distancing measures are in place around the building with clear signs ensuring that a 2m distance is being obtained or 1m+ with extra precautions, at the tills entrance and bathroom. Please follow any one way systems that are in place.

 

You are required to wear a mask whilst queuing at the tills or for the bathroom. You do not need to wear one whilst sat at your table. If you do not have one you can purchase one with us for £1.

 

Please accompany your children to the bathroom to make sure correct handwashing procedures are being followed.

 

There will be a reduced max capacity of 60 people in the building this includes adults and children. There is a max booking of 8 people to comply with social distancing rules.

 

After every session, the equipment and bathrooms will be cleaned, with anti-bac, and high contact areas will be cleaned more frequently.

 

All food and drink (with the exception of water) are not allowed into the building unless cleared with a member of staff. Food can be bought from our cafe. Please dispose of your own rubbish into the bins provided. 

 

We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY. Failure to comply with any of these health and safety measures that are put in place to protect staff and members of the public will result in you being asked to leave immediately WITHOUT a refund.
